Simple Nail Art - Holo Dotted Mani
After seeing The Nail Network's dotted mani (click here), I was inspired and wanted to try it out myself. I love how the holo dots make an otherwise bland creme mani pop!

This is really cute!! I've tried this type of dotticure once and loved it.
