Glitter Gal - Dark Purple 3D Hologrpahic

Glitter Gal Dark Purple is the last polish I have yet to try amongst my polish haul from Australia, and boy am I glad I finally got around to it!

Glitter Gal Dark Purple - two coats with top coat

Dark Purple is from the Glitter Gal 3D Holographic range, and it doesn't take a genius to work out that it is a dark purple holo polish. I am surprised it is not a very dark purple though (as the name suggests), but rather a juicy grape purple, making it looks very yummy! The linear prismatic effect is breathtaking, even under dim lights, which makes this polish so awesome!

As I have come to expect from Glitter Gal, the formula is flawless, and I get full opacity with two easy coats. I also love that applying a top coat does not dull the strong linear effect.

What do you girls think of this polish? I think it is pretty amazing! I will definitely be getting more Glitter Gal polishes in the near future, because a girl can never have too many holos!

A Special Night Out - Glitter Gal Lizard Belly & OPI Servin' Up Sparkle

My friends and I will be visiting the HK Disneyland for the first time tonight! I have been to Disney in LA and Tokyo before, but tonight will be different, because the park will be filled with Halloween decorations everywhere!

Glitter Gal Lizard Belly with OPI Servin' Up Sparkle
To match the special night out, I decided to add a bit of bling bling to my mani by free-handing OPI Servin' Up Sparkle to the tips of my nails. This is a very easy way to glam up your nails, the only trick is to make sure each nail has its share of large hexagon glitters!

Here is Glitter Gal Lizard Belly on its own. I don't know if this is indeed the color of a lizard belly, but it is a gorgeous dark green linear holo! I would also say the base is almost jelly-like, making this polish even more spectacular!

Check out the holo-awesomeness!
The formula of Lizard Belly is a bit on the thick side, but it is still manageable with a careful application. I am never a green polish person, but Lizard Belly will definitely remain in my stash!

G'day Mate! Glitter Gal Marine Blue

G'day my lovely readers! Today I have for you a fellow Aussie polish, Marine Blue from Glitter Gal!
Glitter Gal Marine Blue - 2 coats with no top coat

I am very excited to try Glitter Gal holos, because I have been drooling quite a bit from all the swatches online! Marine Blue is a true blue polish with a very strong linear holographic effect. It is very 'refreshing' to have a medium blue holo amongst the sea of pink and purple holos out there!

As other bloggers have noted already, the formula of Glitter Gal is perfect. No bald spot whatsoever that is common with holo polishes, and application is a breeze with two easy coats. One thing I would like to point out though, is the bottle size of Glitter Gal. It is very tiny (9ml) compared to other brands like OPI or China Glaze (15ml), and that is because Glitter Gal uses top-of-the-line holo powder (to maximize the holo-awesomeness) which is quite expensive. It is definitely worth the price tag though, especially if you love holo polish as much as I do!

Don't forget to enter my GIVEAWAY if you have not done so already!
