The title of this post says it all really. I had my first attempt at water marbling today, and look how wrong it turned out. Air bubbles everywhere, not to mention I had so much trouble because the polish just won't spread out properly in the cup!
I then did some research and found an excellent tutorial guide on water marbling from Laquerish. I would definitely follow her tips before I try water marbling again!

I would totally NOT call this a disaster, especially for your first time... coming from someone a little skeered to try anything beyond a two-toned tape mani... ;) Bubbles aside, it looks great. :)
I failed at water marbling. Yours look way better than mine did. Love the swirl pattern. :)
I think it is pretty, even with the bubbles, stuff happens!!
